MEET MARKETING EXECUTIVE VIPASHA ..
Vipasha embarked on her marketing journey three years ago in an advertising agency based in India, where she learned the intricacies of content strategy and campaign planning. In 2022, she took her expertise across borders, pursuing a Master’s in Marketing & Consumer Psychology in the UK. Joining Flexibility Matters as a Marketing Intern during her studies, Vipasha progressed to become our skilled Marketing Executive.
A passionate advocate for small businesses, Vipasha, now a freelance marketing executive, aims to guide them from scratch to digital marketing success. Transitioning from devising strategies for top-tier brands in her previous role, she now partners with small businesses and SMEs, steering them towards impactful marketing campaigns.
Due to a substantial portion of her early career coinciding with the pandemic, where flexibility became a norm, Vipasha sees workplace flexibility as essential. She believes it not only enhances time management but also enables focus management, allowing one to streamline productivity without missing out on the finer things in life, like enjoying the beautiful landscapes of Southern England.
