MEET MARKETING CONSULTANT ROSEANNE MYHILL…

Roseanne has worked in marketing for over 20 years at marketing agencies, Legal & General, Berkeley Group and Conservative Central Office.

After a career break and 4 years living in France, she knew that commuting daily to London wouldn’t work with a young family and she didn’t want to spend 10 – 12 hours a week sitting on a train. So she started to work on a freelance basis on site with clients or from home. Without even knowing it she was working flexibly even then.

Fast forward a few years and Roseanne works with 3-4 clients at any one time and met the Flexibility Matters team when she approached Emma about a consultancy role. The marketing role with Flexibility Matters came up about a month later and Roseanne joined the team in 2022.
