Hybrid & Blended Working ‘Action Learning Group’

The 5th in our series of Action Learning Groups, kindly hosted by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)

15th October 2021, 10-1pm

Join us in person at the FSCS (London EC3A) – please email Laura.Powell@fscs.org.uk if you would like to attend in person, or join us online REGISTER HERE.

This event is for businesses and individuals, interested in shared learning and action, to make hybrid and blended working sustainable, as the world comes out of lockdown.

Our objective: to discuss and share best practice

What has worked well and what not so well, in implementing flexible working, from the perspective of the business and the employee. By collaborating in this way, we seek to use our collective learnings to create a blueprint for businesses to successfully implement hybrid and flexible working now and into the future.

Our theme:The Tools, Strategies, Software & People Innovations

What have you have tried, tested and found to work in the six months post-lockdown, to make blended, hybrid and agile working work?

Please bring your knowledge and experience from your own business, consultancy and as an employee, and let’s build a toolkit of best practices to ensure that the flexible working culture forced on us by the pandemic, is not lost by a slide back to the traditional 9-5.

Let’s celebrate your successes by trying these strategies in our businesses!

Our host – the fabulous David Blackburn Chief People Officer of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme and Chartered Fellow of the CIPD
